Bruxie is a quick-serve eatery (food truck style) serving more than a dozen sweet and savory gourmet waffle sandwiches and features an authentic take on the Belgian waffle. It also offers old-fashioned cane sugar sodas, freshly brewed Peet’s Coffee & Tea, soft-serve frozen custard, shakes, sundaes and floats. And the best part is nothing on the menu exceeds $8.00.

Bruxie is street food that’s perfect for breakfast, lunch, mid day snack as well as a dessert or late night treat. By the way, if you didn’t already know it, late night in Orange County is about 9:00pm. Bruxie’s daily hours are 9:00am-9:00pm.

Oh, man, the buttermilk fried chicken waffle is the best!! And you HAVE to get the maple syrup on the side.
